Anti-Smoking - Smoke Free
The University is committed to providing a campus environment free from the risk of second-hand smoke for staff, students and visitors. While the University recognises the individual right to smoke, it is committed to minimising the harm associated with smoking and tobacco for all persons who use the University’s campuses. As such, • Smoking is prohibited: in University vehicles; University-controlled buildings and residence halls. • Smoking and the advertising, promotion and sale of tobacco are prohibited on or on University-controlled property and buildings. • The University does not accept funding from the tobacco industry
