Accommodation
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have passed the Baccalaureate and be enrolled in a public higher education institution.
The student’s parents must reside more than 30 km from the city of the student’s higher education institution.
Required Documents:
A printed form and envelope provided by the secondary school during the issuance of the orientation sheet.
Proof of residence.
A copy of the orientation sheet.
A copy of the national identity card.
Two stamped envelopes (one registered) with the student’s permanent address.
Two passport-sized photos with the student’s full name.
Application Process:
The application must be submitted by mail in the designated envelope provided. It must be sent via registered post no later than one week after receiving the orientation sheet to the relevant Office of University Services.
Responses will be communicated by mail starting August 30, subject to availability.
Important Notes:
Students assigned accommodation lose their priority if they do not report to the designated dormitory or university residence within three days of the start of classes.

All students enrolled in a public higher education institution have access to university dining services.
For Resident Students:
The designated dining hall will be specified on the University Services card.
For Non-Resident Students:
Registration at a university dining hall requires completing and submitting an application form, available at the dining hall nearest to the student’s institution.
